Urgent Job Opening Technical Project Manager---- in a renowned Auto Mfg Co.---- Pune Location.Profile: Technical Project Manager
Experience: -8+ years

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA- A Technical Project Manager, or a Project Manager, is responsible for managing projects technically to make sure the projects/deliverables adhere to the timeline,Requirements, budget, and scope. Their duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders, and executing each step of the project.- Your experience in project management, software development, and technical expertise will be critical in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects. You will workclosely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, develop project plans, and manage project timelines andbudgets.- Your ability to communicate effectively and manage project risks will be essential in ensuring project success.Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful
• project delivery

• Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they\'re delivered as expected

• Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation
• strategies.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership clearly
• and concisely.

• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on
• time.

• Manage project scope and change requests to ensure project goals are met within
• budget and timeline constraints.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely
• project delivery.

• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency
• and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management
• (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager

• Experience in MS Project, Excel, JIRA, and PLM Tools

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Problem-solving and leadership skills

• Project planning, risk management, time management

• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

• Conflict resolution experience

• Good experience with product development Life cycle

• Good Experience with SW development Life Cycle

• Good Experience with Automotive product development
