: Technical Project Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development to lead our projects effectively. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with development teams skilled in technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, React, and mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native).
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical jargon into clear communication.
• Implement Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to optimize team performance and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet high standards of quality through effective testing and review processes.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and challenges.
• Gather feedback and manage expectations to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies, including Java, Python, .NET, React, and mobile frameworks. Proven experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
