Build strategic multi-integration teams from scratch through collaborative leadership8.Anchoring project execution activities and project review meetings to ensure completion of project well within time & cost parameters, effective resource utilization to maximise the output. Monitor project activities and devise effective measures.9.Establishing & delivering team and organization training materials & workshops and building knowledge & skills to facilitate the Agile transformationTypical Activities:1. Efficient Sprint Planning & Usage of Jira
2. Coordination with team and Running Sprints for delivery
3. Coordination with Customer team
4. Release Planning & Tracking
