Role : Technical Project ManagerJob Locations: Chennai, HyderabadRequired Experience: 8 - 14 YearsTime to join : ImmediateSkills : Project Management, Technical Project Manager, Java/J2EE, Java Security, Team Management & Leadership, Excellent Presentation and CommunicationRoles and Responsibilities:Should be good in managing 15-20-member team and the deliverables. Able to talk to the customer team and able to support the reports/deliverables/milestones/without any escalations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement microservices-based solutions to meet business requirements.Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.Implement secure and reliable communication between microservices and other components of the system.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the microservices architecture, ensuring timely resolution.Optimize application performance, scalability, and response times through continuous improvementsCritical Skills to Possess:Proven experience as a Java developer, with a focus on Spring Boot and microservices architecture.Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.Knowledge of security practices and techniques for securing microservices is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
