You will play a key part in helping to successfully deliver interesting technical initiatives, enabling modernization and transformation across the technology environment that will help to drive improvements for our businesses and clients.What\'s in it for you:The opportunity to be a key supporting role behind some of the divisions\' top priority projects.Exposure to key technologies and stakeholdersA chance to contribute to strategic programs and initiatives across the Technology and Development team and Mobility DivisionWork independently and within your own teamBuild internal and external working relationshipsResponsibilities:Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.Assist in team development while holding team accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project workDefine and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiativesMonitor and track the progress of all technology project tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.Regularly update and maintain comprehensive project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes in scope or timeline.Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment of project goals and to facilitate the efficient use of resourcesRegularly review project processes and make necessary improvements to ensure efficiency and effectivenessMonitor the delivery of services to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and expectationsCoordinate and schedule meetings with divisional teams and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues or concernsAccurately record and distribute meeting minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed of meeting outcomes and action itemsRegularly assess the health of the project, identifying any areas of concern and taking corrective action as necessaryEstablish clear project milestones and track progress towards achieving these milestonesEvaluate and prioritize projects based on organizational needs and resource availabilityAct as the primary point of contact between the project team and the corporate technical services teams, ensuring alignment with corporate project management standards and practicesWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering or equivalent qualification is preferred or relevant equivalent work experienceProven 8 - 10 years of experience in IT project management. Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with a keen focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including AgileKnowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centres, networks, virtual environments, storage, and application support and processesKnowledge of IT security concepts, processes and toolsGood understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWSPreferred Qualifications:Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or ITIL can be beneficialAbout S&P Global MobilityAt S&P Global Mobility, we provide invaluable insights derived from unmatched automotive data, enabling our customers to anticipate change and make decisions with conviction.
