Please join us and make this journey together!What You\'ll Do:We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the Network Deployment and Integrations (NDI) team within the Network Engineering and Operations (NEO), which strives to create efficient networks to support Business functions in our Traditional, Acquired and Hybrid offices. We do this through new cutting-edge technologies, and a focus on driving growth in network infrastructure while investing in building automation for everything we do. In this role, you will be leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and be responsible for delivering against key priorities, milestones, budget and timelines. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of delivering projects and programs, working with multiple stakeholders, a creative problem solver, who can rapidly respond to escalated issues and where IT infrastructure does not have any secrets for you.Responsibilities:

  • Drive Network Infrastructure projects and deliver against the defined scope, requirements and timeline, as appropriate.
  • Project Practitioner who also serves as a Coach and Mentor within the organization.
  • Understand high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate communication, conflict resolution and drive decisions on appropriate solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve risks and issues, track progress against milestones, deadlines, and budget. Report on these items, including dependency information, to key stakeholders.
  • Project administration and the timely production of project documentation. (e.g., project plans, reports, metrics etc.)
  • Have a common understanding of IT network design, network infrastructure components, network documentation and enforcing standards and policies
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of network technologies and solutions in support of defined requirements generated by internal customers, standards, policies and security requirements.

  • Excellence in technical Project management, knowledge on network infra and technologies.
  • PMP Certification (preferred) or any other Project management certification
  • 5+ years of proven track-record experience managing IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Perfect communication skills, both written and verbal, good interpersonal and soft skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools, and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute technology projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Familiarity with Continuous delivery / Continuous Integration, software development practices, and tools like JIRA, Rally.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.

For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
