NTT DATA Services currently seeks PM - Application and Infrastructure Project Management to join our team in

• Coordinate, plan and implement application hardware and software technology upgrades and code releases
• Lead production implementation of complex projects/initiatives impacting one or more lines of business or across Enterprise
• Plan and direct complex project schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections
• Work with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives
• Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, cost analysis, and significant issue management and resolution
• Develop required project artifacts and implementation plans with adherence to process
• Develop and/or maintain documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides
• Participate in production outage assessments and remediation activities, including troubleshooting, documentation and communications
• Lead and/or participate in post mortem process to identify gaps and provide recommendations to improve process
• Understands compliance & risk management requirements for supported area & works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively with business partners and technology management, often at senior management level
• Works closely with scrum teams and various Enterprise partners
• Strong organizational skills
• Takes initiative and proactive

• 7+ years of technical project management experience
• 3+ years of hands on Agile experience and using associated tools to manage work; Jira, Kanban, confluence, etc.
• 4+ years of software development life cycle methodology or equivalent experience
• 4+ year of production support experience of a customer facing application requiring high availability.
• 3+ years experience with products and platforms for Internet Banking
• Must be flexible for project support including evening and weekends and late evenings to attend project meetings.
