Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Technical Project Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with AR and VR development projects, including program and project management, team leadership, and communication with clients and team members. Roles & Responsibilities Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Ensuring project deadlines are met. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management Build a strong team by cultivating relationships between each team and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Qualifications Previous working experience as a Project Manager for atleast 3-4 years in IT Industry. Master\'s degree in Project Management or related technical field required Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles Looking forward to connect with you!
