About the role: The Program Manager works closely with the distributed COE Product Managers and is responsible for introducing and managing Epics / Stories / Defects within the team\'s backlog, decomposing requirements, and defining a definition of success that represents the vision of the organization. He/She is a member of the scrum team, actively participates in sprints, and is consistently available to team members for questions, clarity, and understanding using exemplary writing skills for user stories to curate the product backlog. Key Responsibilities: The Program Manager will report to the Data & Integration CoE leader, and is a key position in a global organization, delivering value to the business and extended digital team while maintaining a clear view on the Master Data COE mission and what needs to get done. Program Manager represent the stakeholders and act autonomously to communicate the right vision of the product/s within their Pod while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders (customers / commercial / plant / internal sponsors). The Program Manager is responsible for short term roadmap as well as interfacing with stakeholders. This position requires strong people skills and good understanding of the integration products. Leads teams during project initiation, planning, blue printing, realization, go live and hyper care phases of the implementation. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with functional owners. Uses deep technical and process knowledge to drive engagement. Manages external implementation partners, software vendors and service providers. Participates to develop request for proposals/quote, works to develop project proposals and statements of work. Demonstrates broad project leadership, impacting significant technical direction exerts influence outside of immediate team and drives change. Manage ongoing operations to ensure solutions are performing as expected and meeting or exceeding expectations. Proven track record and experience in implementing SAP MDG with large global enterprises across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment. Strong understanding of MDG/MDM processes and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization. Experienced in SAP MDG implementation on top of S/4 Hana for SAP ERP systems Finance Understanding and experience in setting up base line configurations, relevant BC Set(s) activation, Data Modelling enhancements, UI Model enhancements, Process Modelling, Workflow configuration, DIF and DRF Ability to work on migration of an existing master data into MDG hub, Validation & Derivation using BADI\'s and BRF+ Extensively worked on Web Services/SOA manager configuration for search, retrieve and replicate scenarios Knowledge on Integration of MDG with Fiori In depth knowledge of CVI, Key mapping and Value mapping. Requirements: We are looking for people who are: Minimum 10+ years of SAP Master Data Governance should have 4 full lifecycle implementation experience inMDG. Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Should have deep expertise on SAP- MDG E2E configurations. Expertise in Implementation of SAPMDGSolution. Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement global data standards and global technical/process solutions.
