Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role Definition:As a Technical Program Manager at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for creating Functional Technical Requirements for TechAdvisor.CAT.com - a digital application that enables Dealers to improve Sales, Service & Support experience on Digital Technology Applications for CI & RI Domain.Responsibilities:You will work with Commercial, Service & Support Teams & Digital Application owners of CI and RI Domains to sensitize a Common User experience to Configure/ Integrate/ Support the right Technology Option. You will understand the requirements prioritized by the Dealer Community to develop Proof of Concepts of various Features & vet it with Dealers to gain interest and further prioritize those Features for Future releases. You will drive Technical Marketing strategies to promote TechAdvisor.CAT.com to our Dealers.In addition, you will create business/ commercial proposals on developing ideas/ concepts to improve our Digital offering to our Construction Customers & drive its execution.Degree Requirement:Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications.Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Product Support/ Service Roles. And 5-7 years of experience in a technical program management roles, preferably within a Sales/ Service/ Marketing/ Dealer Engagement environment.Skill DescriptorsCommunicating Complex Concepts:

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

• Technical expertise in sales , service and product support processes involving caterpillar development teams and dealership.
