Our role extends beyond mere product development; we are consultants, guiding and building solutions from the ground up.Requirements

• Project Management:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.o Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.

• Communication and Coordination:

o Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.o Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.o Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical details into easily understandable terms.

• Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.o Work closely with teams to address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

• Design Thinking

o User-centric thought process that focuses on understanding the needs and wants of end-users to create innovative solutions.o Work with the UI/UX team in developing intuitive user-centric designs

• Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that projects meet quality standards by defining and implementing effective quality assurance processes.o Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the reliability and functionality of deliverables.

• Documentation:

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and technical specifications.Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in BTech/B. E - Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MS in IT, MTech. MSc IT or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, GitLab, GitHub, etc.

• Internship or academic projects related to project management.

• Certifications in project management would be a plus.
