You will coordinate these projects across Customer facing teams, Product Management, and Engineering. You will be key to the success of the organization through these products and will need to evaluate and contribute to architecture and database designs as well as update statuses, resolve roadblocks, and facilitate the product deliverables. Your role will focus on the engineering components that run the Reputation Platform with key deliverables such as data design, product optimizations, API designs, CI/CD upgrades, and integration with front end releases.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication: Manage cross team and director level communication from teams. Provide clear and concise communication for regular status updates, schedule impacts, escalations, and long running projects outside of product deliverables.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a highly collaborative environment by closely engaging with key stakeholders. Provide clear and concise communication to management and all stakeholders for each program. Updates need to span across different skill levels and focus such as architecture and director.Release and Process Oriented: Drive both related TPMs and cross functional engineering teams to deliverables for both this release and future releases. Focus on quality, documented workflows, and sustainable approaches. Become conductor of the product building schedules while balancing automation, escalations, and customer interruptions.Product Ownership and Leadership: Responsible for leading Engineering teams and fellow TPMs as an individual contributor. Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering managers to lead the program releases for related teams, defining external dependencies, building alignment for Product requirements and providing feedback across Product roadmap choices.Innovation and Problem Solving: Tackle significant challenges in design and data while driving innovation through identifying roadblocks and facilitating out of box solutions.Solution oriented: Tackle significant challenges in design and data while driving innovation by identifying roadblocks and coordinating solutions. Understand and build processes to escalate issues and design decisions to appropriate stakeholders.Customer Focused: Understand customer focus and impacts.
