SUMMARYWe are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale technology programs, digital transformation initiatives, and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver impactful solutions across e-Governance and Citizen Services.This role demands a deep understanding of agile methodologies, emerging technologies, and a track record of managing diverse stakeholders, including CXOs, government bodies, private organizations, and distributed teams.Location - DelhiABOUT US -Wadhwani AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health, agriculture, education, and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. With a team of over 200 professionals, our expertise encompasses AI/ML research and innovation, software engineering, domain knowledge, design and user research.In the Press:SoleCultures page of Wadhwani AI -ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Management and Delivery:Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, including SaaS platforms, e-Governance projects, and digital transformation solutions.Define and manage program goals, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.Implement Agile practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in project execution.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior government officials, private sector leaders, and distributed teams to align program goals with stakeholder expectations.Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and ensuring program success.Technical Leadership:Leverage cloud platforms and data analytics tools to drive program outcomes.Guide teams in adopting emerging technologies, such as robotic process automation and data engineering.Ensure adherence to data privacy, user security, and governance standards.Product and Solution Innovation:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.Identify and resolve complex business challenges through innovative approaches and emerging technologies.Continuously optimize processes and solutions to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.Team Leadership and Collaboration:Foster a collaborative environment among distributed teams.Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational goals.Metrics and Reporting:Use data analytics and visualization tools to track program performance, identify improvement areas, and communicate progress to stakeholders.Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and maintain transparency.REQUIREMENTSEducational Background:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale technology initiatives.Proven success in managing digital transformation programs and SaaS platforms across diverse domains.Technical Skills:Expertise in Cloud Computing.Proficiency in Data Analytics tools and SQL.Experience with Agile tools and enterprise applications.We are committed to promoting diversity and the principle of equal employment opportunity for all our employees and encourage qualified candidates to apply irrespective of religion or belief, ethnic or social background, gender, gender identity, and disability.
