Our role extends beyond mere product development; we are consultants, guiding and building solutions from the ground up.

Requirements

• Project Management:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.

o Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.

• Communication and Coordination:

o Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.

o Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project milestones and deliverables.

o Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical details into easily understandable terms.

• Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

o Work closely with teams to address and resolve issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.

• Quality Assurance:

o Ensure that projects meet quality standards by defining and implementing effective quality assurance processes.

o Conduct thorough testing and validation to guarantee the reliability and functionality of deliverables.

• Documentation:

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, requirements, and technical specifications.


Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor\'s degree in BTech/B. E - Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MS in IT, MBA, MTech. MSc IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• 
  Basic understanding of Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
• Internship or academic projects related to project management.
• Certifications in project management would be a plus.
