Job ResponsibilitiesThis position will be based out of Bengaluru, directly reporting to Supplier Quality Manager in India, and closely collaborating with Supplier and Global stakeholders (Supply Chain, Product Group, Manufacturing).
Seeking an experienced and detail oriented IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance) Program Manager to oversee our global IQA operations. Responsible for managing and executing critical projects, continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and meet Quality metrics of Global operations & Quality.
Individual\'s primary job responsibilities are listed below:

• Manage and coordinate IQA activities across multiple global locations (including Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, and the US).
• Oversee and execute the FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) process to validate the quality of first production parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspection, utilizing GD&T principles and developing sampling plans to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Train and mentor quality assurance personnels, ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality issues, and utilize SAP for quality management and data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Mech/Prod/Automobile/industrial Engineering. Bachelor\'s degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience/master\'s with minimum 5 years of relevant experienceProven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on incoming quality inspections.
• Well versed with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles and ability to understand and interpret CMM inspection reports.
• Experience in developing and managing Inspection sampling plans.
• Hands on experience in FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) review and FAIR program management.
• Excellent business communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in using MS Office tools (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Project), statistical tools (JMP, Minitab), and SAP for quality management.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL Coding
• Ability to develop best practices (BKMs) to improve processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Certified in Six Sigma with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
