Visa is accepted in 200 countries and is the best way to pay and be paid for everyone, everywhere.Job Responsibilities include:Manage scrum teamsHands-on experience with the day-to-day management of cross functional, global software development projects.Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customersRemove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of managementAbility to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etcFacilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutionAssist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating informationSupport and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by exampleImprove team velocity and leverage tools like burn downs and capacity modeling to ensure that the teams are productive.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
-2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Preferred Qualifications:
-3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
-PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
-SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification is good to have.
-Proven track record in program management within a technical environment.
-Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience
in software development and web technologies.
-Experience with Jira Align or similar project management software.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project
