Title: Technical Professional - PipingMaterial Engg :1 Preparation of Piping Material index, Piping Material classes for Process & Utilities.2 Preparation of Valve datasheets and Piping Specialty items datasheets.3 Writing Technical / Purchase specifications for Bulks, Valves etc.4 Hands on experience in handling metallic piping like Carbon / Stainless Steel /Duplex / Super Duplex Stainless Steels & Low Alloy Steel and non-metallic piping systems such as GRE, GRP, FRP, HDPE etc.5 Design calculations like Pipe wall thickness under internal pressures, for full/partial vacuum conditions, Branch Reinforcement Pads, Bends, Spectacle Blinds (Spade/Spacer) etc.6 Thorough knowledge of International Codes & Standards, SHELL, Saudi Aramco Standards & Specifications etc.7 Preparation of Technical / Material Requisitions for Piping bulks/Valves/Specialties.8 Technical Bid Evaluation involving discussions / clarifications with Vendors.9 Vendor documents & drawings reviews and approval.10. Expertise in any Material Management software.11. Good communications skills & ability to coordinate with various disciplines, across different centers, vendors etc.Layout Engineer :Experience to Develop Unit Plot Plans/Equipment Layouts(sr designer and above)Good Knowledge in Concept layout Study ,MTO, Vendor package review, optimization studyGood Knowledge in Mechanical handling conceptsAutoCAD/MicroStation skill is a MUST and should be ExcellentKnowledge of Support selection and Modeling (MDS) is a must, spl support Drawing creation is preferableE3D/PDMS/S3D Min of 2 Tool is a must And 2 Project in modeling is MustShould be good in ISO checking, back drafting and support iso team on proj needsExcellent skill to Guide young designers(Pr designer and above)Knowledge in Pml macros development will be added advantageMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Candidate should be a Bachelor\'s in Mechanical / Chemical5 \xe2\x80\x9310 yrsGood Communication skills
