This team is in the center of all technology development for Compliance requirements and new product enablement. As a Technical Product Manager, you are the liaison and strong link between multiple teams at Visa, bridging the technology, product, and business teams. The primary focus will be on Compliance requirements for AML (Screening, CDD, Transaction Monitoring), Real Time Monitoring, Data and Reporting for Money movement solutions.Looking for a candidate who has a strong work ethic, leadership skills, excellent judgment and good time management in prioritizing work, and ability to work in fast paced, team-oriented environment. Essential to gain solid understanding of Visa's Compliance program and leverage this knowledge to develop requirements to build new features and enhance platform capabilities of compliance systems. CTO team is responsible to support various business lines and products across Visa and therefore requires strong collaboration, relationship building and excellent leadership qualities for partnership with engineering, operations, product, compliance, and other teams across Visa.The ideal candidate should have a passion for innovation in payments, technology, and product management, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to drive delivery in a complex environment.
