Job Summary: The Product Manager (Information Technology) is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering technology products. This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive product success from inception to launch and beyond. Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

Product Development:
Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure product alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
Communicate product updates, progress, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
Gather and incorporate feedback from users, customers, and other stakeholders to improve the product.
Performance Tracking and Optimization:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
Conduct post-launch reviews and implement lessons learned into future product iterations.
Customer Focus:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback.
Ensure customer-centricity in all product decisions and development processes.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
Market Trends and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Identify and assess new technologies and innovations that could enhance the product.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and technology platforms.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
