About Imandi: iGrameen iMandi is building a social e-commerce platform as a one-stop shop for the rural consumers of India. iMandi has multiple marketplaces to meet all the needs of farmers and has been built for large communities with commerce, communication, content, and information-enabled in a simple, seamless, and secure manner. iMandi is an end-to-end digital platform that is set to change the way Bharat buys, sells, socializes, entertains, and transacts through technology, offering a suite of products and services via a 360 O2O model. The app and website are available in 13 Indian languages. Key Responsibilities: Product Visionary: Work closely with the development team to translate ideas into actionable technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision. Product Lifecycle Management: Embrace the agile methodology to oversee and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Feature Innovation: Spearhead the ideation and implementation of cutting-edge features that enhance the user experience for our farming community. Tech Liaison: Bridge the communication gap between the technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a harmonious collaboration for seamless product development. Product Roadmap and Product Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and product development, features, processes, payment gateway etc. Quality Assurance Advocate: Champion the cause of quality by defining and implementing robust testing processes to guarantee a bug-free and user-friendly product. Data Management & Analysis: Work with data scientists and analysts to derive insights from user data, using these findings to shape future product enhancements. Requirements Job Requirements: Tech Enthusiast: A passion for technology and a keen interest in leveraging it to drive positive change in the agriculture sector. Problem Solver: Ability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and make informed decisions to keep the product on track. Coding Curiosity: Basic understanding of coding languages and a desire to delve deeper into the technical aspects of product development. Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience and vice versa. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, adapting to new challenges and evolving priorities. Day to Day Responsibilities: Make decisions on which features to add or revise for new product version. Analyze data from market research, competitive analyses and user feedback. Conduct beta tests and determine potential product issues and necessary fixes. Meet with product managers, product owners and other product leaders to discuss product development progress. Meet with engineering, quality assurance and software development teams to share product insights and communicate product roadmap.
