Human by nature.As a Technical Perfumer, you will be an integral part of the Fragrance Ingredients Management team, reporting directly to the global Head of Fragrance Ingredients Management.Based in our Regional Creative Centre in Mumbai - Could this be your future position?Your expertise as a Perfumer will be leveraged to industrialize and maintain fragrance formulations, to guarantee business continuity and achieve quality and service level objectives. You are equally an essential business partner to FF & CP creation and development teams in the region.You?

• Rework Givaudan portfolio fragrances of all end-uses.
• Develop fragrance ingredient alternatives in line with new regulations
• Support Quality Control on ingredient management
• Share technical perfumery findings amongst Givaudan Global Perfumers community
• Keep current with ingredients, regulations, and trends
• Partnering with and support global functions to study and implement technical solutions
• Upon need support creative perfumery team on product service and technical projects

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related discipline (Master of Science preferred)
• 10-15 years of Perfumery experience, cross categories with local & international customers
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
• Objective driven and result oriented
• A technical expert in ingredients and formulation, able to provide recommendations
• Capability to utilize experience and knowledge of ingredients (quality), formulation (stability), customer (specifications), supply chain and operations (processes), regulatory, to define solutions to improve current company processes
