Role : Technical Ops Manager
Education : Any Technical Degree (BE ,Btech, Bsc, Bca )
Salary : upto 16LPA based on last package and experience aswell
Good communication Required
10+ years experience in Technical Support and 4 years mandatory in Team Manager role
Immediate Joiners only
Loc : Bangalore
SKILLSETS:
Minimum 3 years exp in managing SD ops
Microsoft Application , Advanced knowledge about Windows, XP10, Browser, ms office, IOS, Android, Windows
Registry fixed patch, virus T/Security inscription, network collaborations and VPN'S
Certification : ITIL Trained and certified preferred
Manage end to end IT Service desk operations
