Job Description

:Manage end to end of lifecycle of IT asset from requisition to disposal. Maintain accurate records of all IT assets across the repositories & tools (Service Now CMDB).Work closely with vendor for addressing warranties & insurance claims. Responsible for maintaining up to date inventory of all IT assets with their precise location & assignment details. Ensure assets are tagged when inducted and corresponding records are updated in CMDB/Fixed asset register. Manage inventory of desktops, laptops, desk phone, mobile phones, desk monitors, consumables, etc. with accuracy. Dispose obsolete assets through e-waste process within regulatory & STPI guidelines. Assist with procurement of IT hardware asset as per business requirements. Asset Ageing report and publishing business case for asset replacement (hardware tech refresh).Reconciliation of assets across Asset Management Tool, CMDB, Fixed Asset Register & Physical inventories. Monitor allocation procedures i.e., allocation, receipt, internal transfer and ensure transactions are updated in tools. Manage receipt of IT assets into the organization. Publish monthly asset status report with status of in use, in stock, obsolete, disposed and corrective plans. Manage IT storeroom and ensure assets are always maintained in a safe & organized manner. Assist with internal and external should have excellent communication and analytical skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)endor audits of IT assets.Work closely with support teams and manage IT assets of remote location.
