#### Role and Responsibilities


• Scrutiny of docs & work packages.
• Intimation of discrepancy & follow up for correction.
• Initiating for Policy change/ info circular issued due to discrepancies.
• MOE/EPM rev. Due changes in Co. Policy & CAR.
• Timely amendment of capability list and change of post holders.
• Monitoring of SBs / ADs compliance.
• Maintaining & Updating Records of AME Files .
• Distribution of Quality Circulars to AME & Maintaining Receipt, Read & Understand


#### Qualifications


• Diploma/ Graduate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Aeronautical engineering.
• Minimum of 2-year work experience in a 145 Quality Department of CAR 145 approved organization
• Prior airline and/or MRO-related experience preferred.
• Able to leverage systems and process to accelerate maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and Quality systems.


#### Skills Required


• Strong technical background and possess deep understanding of a CAR-145 organization.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Committed, result-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Possess sufficient knowledge and understanding of Business Aviation (General aviation).
