Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in the manufacturing industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Certification or training from CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) is an advantage.
