What you\'ll be doing...

The work you\'ll be doing will support multiple business critical applications within the service assurance domain under Network systems. You and your team will provide applications support and deliver reliable and efficient systems-related solutions. The projects you run will improve the applications used by your colleagues every day to meet the needs of our customers.

• Driving the team of size 10-15 under SAFe as an Agile leader.
• Maintaining high levels of engagement with onshore SMEs, management, business, local management on the projects and programs.
• Building a high performing team culture.
• Defining ways around creating a high performing team in tour space and manage performance management with every member of the team, review progress regularly and provide feedback monthly.
• Driving a Culture of Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation and drive as an example.
• Guiding and coach the team catering to individual career aspirations and setting measurable goals for them.
• Supporting customers with major platform issues and coordinating triage efforts to solve them.
• Identifying and aligning project requirements and conducting impact analysis.
• Working closely with the business team, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
• Preparing presentations and reports to internal and external customers, as well as internal Executives.
• Evaluating various new technical products based on changing business needs and making product recommendations to management keeping in mind the architecture of the entire list of applications supported.
• Providing technical leadership and business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects.

In this hybrid role, you\'ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we\'re looking for...

You\'ll need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DEVOPS implementation.
• Experience in Agile (SAFe) delivery management.
• Experience in project design, development, implementation and applications.
• Experience in driving application development and maintenance java based technologies.
• Experience in implementing Object Oriented Web Programming and exposure to React, Java, Spring Boot, Database Technologies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A Master\'s Degree.
• Experience in Network system Domain especially Service Assurance
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP , ACP).
• Knowledge of AWS cloud, K8s, Docker.
