What you\'ll be doing...

• Leading the product delivery by providing a clear roadmap, plan, dependencies, challenges.
• Ensuring the top quality for all business deliverables. Find more opportunities of automation on every aspect.
• Developing the next generation leadership and have a healthy structure.
• Developing a metric-based culture and ensure the team has the right metrics to measure the progress and success.
• Coordinating with vendor, share the right requirements and expectations. Ensure the timely delivery.
• Working in Agile environment, identify the impediments team facing and solve them.
• Developing and build trust with all stakeholders to build a healthy work environment.
• Leading and developing high-performing teams, supporting Agile working practices with a diversified cultural workforce.

In this hybrid role, you\'ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we\'re looking for...

You will need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in React and Java technologies.
• Experience in DevSecOps, Cloud concepts (AWS).
• Experience in Docker/K8s.
• Experience in Agile based delivery environment. SAFe experience will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of functional automation tools and good thought process on quality.
• Knowledge of security concepts, ideas to implement vulnerable free code.
• Knowledge of network elements, network concepts.
• Knowledge of architecture, design and ability to guide the team
• Experience in leading and managing teams by delivering products.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A Master\'s degree.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) license.
• Experience in managing global resources.
• Experience in Telco.
• Experience in and comfort with data - understanding data, synthesizing and visualizing actionable insights.
• Experience in leading teams of design/architects of OSS/BSS applications.
• Experience in handling talent transformations for the team members.
