  • Lead the Security Technology Operations (EMEA & APAC): All security systems and equipment support and metrics. Training security leadership in all disciplines
  • Ensure global security technology has high connectivity uptime.
  • Assist local FM teams with BMS (Building Management Systems)
  • Responsible for specific administrative and metrics support tasks in support of client Security Risk Programs & incident management training.
  • Manage all security projects, in a formal Security PM role, and vendor support.
  • Provide analyst support with SecOps in surveillance & rolling out Security reports.
  • Back up Global Security Technology operations (AMERS)
Major Areas of Accountability:Security Technology Governance- Represents 50% of assigned duties and time allocation :
  • Overall responsibility for the successful execution of all security technology across all TR locations, including remote sites that dont have permanent security staff
  • Ensures that Security Management and SOC / SecOPS are properly trained in tier 1 triage response for downed equipment:
  • Notification
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • System / Security app configuration
  • Collaborates closely with Facility Management staff and makes sure all IFM needs are met.
  • Produces quarterly metrics on technology uptime.
  • Collaborates with SecurityOps & SOC for operations and incident response.
  • Assists with client site closures and coordinates from a security perspective.
  • Collaborate with Thomson Reuters Technology and ServiceNow teams.
  • Database administration for all security servers
  • Responsible for global card access, badging Systems, CCTV & ACS programming for new sites
  • Purchasing security supplies through established procurement ways.
  • Supports investigations by providing data analytics from CCTV / access control systems, as requested by the APAC & AMERS Security Directors.
  • Troubleshoots site-level vendor support calls for security equipment, acts as buffer between vendor and TR
  • Cloud Practitioner- Must be adept at supporting cloud supporting maintenance and best practices, specifically AWS.
  • Support HR Payrole operations data transfer with Ascent / Workday FTPs.
  • SME on the following topics-
  • All Access Control functions.
  • All CCTV functions.
  • Security standard vendor products
  • HID
  • SWHouse
  • Victor/VideoEdge
  • Exacqvision
  • Windows Servers
  • External / TR applications connected to ACS
Major Areas of Accountability:Building Management Systems and FM Support- Represents 30% of assigned duties and time allocation.
  • Develops and manages an up-to-date technology tracker on the that identifies all outstanding service tickets and technology problems.
  • Identifies resolutions and makes recommendations to reduce or eliminate CCURE & BMS alarms.
  • Assists with BMS database administration, system upgrade, EOL and access rights.
  • Collaborate with Thomson Reuters ServiceNow & network team to ensure BMS server uptime.
  • Maintain documentation on the systems and locations used globally by FM partners.
  • Ensure SecOPS considers these systems during incident response.
  • Maintain records of LIMT and keep SOC & SecOps data updated. Track and comply with LIMT trainings annually.
  • Manage vendor response to service tickets - TR & Tyco / JCI
  • Confirm all Security systems PM is completed in Corrigo workorder system.
  • Effective management of AMC and SSA renewals, utilization and optimization across locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Major Areas of Accountability:Project Management and GREFM Support- Represents 20% of assigned duties and time allocation.
  • Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Assist procurement partners during RFP process.
  • Cover to cover vendor management during project scope.
  • Produce a programming self-service cost save in every project.
  • Report and escalate issues as they arise.
  • Be good steward of client CAPEX funding.
  • Create and maintain site as-builts after project completion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
