Technical Manager (L&B Property Valuation)
Requirements
• Female (Preferred)
• Strong Technical Knowledge in Valuation Field/Report
• MS Word, Excel & Basic Softwares (Compulsory)
• AutoCAD, Sketchup, Accounting Softwares (Preferred)
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1-3 Years Experience in Report Drafting
Roles & Responsibilities
• Finalizing the Valuation reports prepared by other staffs
• Real Estate - Market Analysis & Research
• Office Administration & Accounts Management
• Handling Site Engineers, Report drafters & Clients
• Valuation Report Drafting (If Required)
• R&D
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
Work Location: In person
