Job brief:We are looking for an experienced hand on Technical Manager to join our team. The Technical Manager will oversee our projects, teams, and core modules while staying up to date with the latest technologies and trends.Skills:

• Should have minimum 8 + years of hands-on experience either in Dot Net, python or Java development and design patterns
• Design and development of software applications (primarily web based) used in various domains
• Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development
• Knowledge of multiple JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, Angular)
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Implement, develop, and maintain projects and software frameworks or tools
• Build, configure, and modify computer hardware and software; integrate systems, software, and hardware for enterprise-wide applications
• Develop, integrate, and maintain web applications and APIs
• Good understanding and technical expertise in Microservices architectures
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure cloud service providers
• Knowledge in AWS components (Devops, DB, Integration etc.)
• Good understanding on Design and architectural patterns
• Design experience in building sustainable solutions
• Proven experience in developing and executing IT strategies.
• Ability to plan, manage, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in the latest technologies and trends.
• Ability to work with a team and promote teamwork.

• Understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements and project plans
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Document and review project components and deliverables
• Lead team members in planning, developing, and executing projects.
• Implement technical strategies to ensure architecture, scalability, and usability.
• Guide the team through design challenges.
• Managing software and hardware installations and upgrades.
• Maintaining computer network infrastructure and ensuring network security.
• Represent the team and communicate with other departments.
• Identify and assess technical risks.
• Monitoring progress throughout the design process.
• Setting goals for the software development team
• Supervise and delegate duties to the development team
• Mentor and train team members.
• Resolve technical issues promptly.

• 8-12 years of overall experience
• Master/Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or an Engineering degree

• Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai
