:

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and testing across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation.
• Execute the high speed board projects with the latest telecom standards.
• Provide direction and support for Design and development of telecom systems which includes high speed simulation, Power Integrity analysis, Thermal analysis, Design Verification Tests and Validation Tests.
• Collaborating with Firmware team, Mechanical team and System team to ensure compatibility and integration with the hardware design.
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments in telecommunication domain to improve service to our clients.
• Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently.
• Creates and executes development plans across multiple projects and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems and processes
• Act as a key contact with customers during technical issues
• Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager and client across multiple projects.
• Manages multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule.
• Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective.
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
• Lead a team of staff and address training needs when necessary

• ME/M.Tech/BE/B.tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication , Electrical and Electronics Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in High speed board design
• Experience in Telecom domain like Optical Networks, Ethernet communications, RF etc.
• Experience in NRZ/PAM4 signaling, PCIe interface, 10GE Ethernet interfaces, SATA/SAS interfaces
• Hands on experience with design, bring up and testing of Boards with Microprocessor/ FPGA / Network processors
• Expertise in Simulation tools like Hyperlynx, Sigrity, ADS etc
• Hands on experience in SI for the high speed Serdes interfaces in frequency domain. Experience in PCIe, PAM4 etc is added advantage
• Hands on experience in Power simulations like AC Noise analysis, Decoupling analysis, DC drop analysis etc.
• Good Understanding and Hands on Experience with DDR memories, Flash devices, Boot devices etc.
• Technical expertise in High Speed Digital, Analog and Power Supply designs
• Must be detail oriented and have a proven ability to organize, analyze, set priorities, and multi task in a fast paced environment
• Experience in leading multiple teams, technical management and customer interactions
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and design.
• Experience in managing one or more technical team for successful execution of telecom projects
