B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engg or equivalent 2. 12+ years of hands-on experience in FW design and development.3. 10+ Exp in Assembly language, C/C++Responsibilities: Development and Implementation: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of firmware systems. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of firmware engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Testing and Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging of firmware to ensure functionality and performance. Upgrades and Maintenance: Manage upgrades to existing systems and the implementation of new systems. Documentation: Write and maintain documentation for firmware development processes and systems. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as hardware and software teams, to ensure seamless integration of firmware with other systems.4. Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Mechanical design, Application SW and Manufacturing teams.5. Should be able to factor Embedded design requirements from a system level specification.6. Should be familiar with the complete HW Product development life cycle.7. Accountable for Technical delivery.8. Should be able to Front-end technical proposals to customer Engineering teams.9. A strong analytical and problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
