• Grade : C1-C2Location : BangaloreReporting to Head of IT: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Server Manager to oversee and manage our server infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of server hardware, AWS \\ Azure Environment, software, and networking, as well as a proven track record of managing server environments in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. The Server Manager will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our server systems, as well as leading a team of server administrators and technicians. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to staying current with the latest industry trends and technologies. The Server Manager will work closely with other IT departments, as well as with business stakeholders, to ensure that our server infrastructure supports the needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing server installations, upgrades, and configurations, monitoring server performance, and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats. The Server Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans both for on-premises and cloud servers, as well as for providing technical support and guidance to other IT staff. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
