Prior experience in managing multiple diverse teams with ability to build and expand teams when needed. Ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders including BA, business, vendors and drive key decisions. Experience in developing complex and challenging systems with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. We are exposed to many Java frameworks and related technologies, any of the following would be advantageous: REST, Spring, Spring boot, Apache Tomcat, Apache Ignite, Kafka, JMS, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo, JPA Ability to own and deal with production systems and related issues.
