  • Work closely with customers to gather requirements and pass it on to other competencies
  • Work closely with counterparts across sites in meeting program deliverables on time with quality
  • To ensure 100% compliance to Aptiv PDP, GSCP, ASPICE, SCRUM/Agile ceremonies and Systems Engineering processes
  • Responsible for Systems Checkout and Vehicle Testing
  • Responsible for RFQs
  • Travel to customer sites - within and outside of India
  • Responsible for managing requirements [PDD]
  • Mentor new team members
Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
  • 3 to 6 years in Embedded SW Product Development / Testing
  • Experience in function areas like automotive camera (EVS/RVC/Surround view), Connectivity (WiFi, Networking), USB, Media, projection technologieslike Apple CarPlay, AndroidAuto, Baidu CarLife.
  • Experience in Qualification and/or Certification activities
  • Experience in interaction with Customers [OEMs], 3PLs [3rd Party Labs], Suppliers
  • Experience in working with Infotainment/ICC products [as S/W or Test/Validation engineer]
  • Experience in working in Scrum teams as Product owner or Scrum Master
  • Skilled in using DOORS, Polarian [preferable] or any other requirement management system
  • Highly self-motivated and energetic
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills demonstrates ability to respond to changes in requirements, scheduling
  • Good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skills with an effective communication and presentation ability
