Job Requirements

Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer with expertise in Automotive Digital Cockpits Platform development

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and optimize software platforms for Automotive Digital cockpit systems based on Android
• Contribute individually and perform Technical Lead role for a team of 3-5 members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements, specifications, and architecture.
• Conduct software simulations and testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization to resolve software issues.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations, including functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity requirements.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including software design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.



Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 8+ years of experience Platform development / BSP Customization for Android based systems.
• Proficiency in AAOS
• Experience in customization of Android SDK through HAL, V-HAL and CarApi extensions
• Proficiency in hypervisor-based systems in at least one of the following: QNX, OpenSynergy, Green Hills, Gunyah, or Xen.
• Experience in working with Agile development workflow
• Experience with communication protocols CAN, Ethernet, WiFi/BT, I2C, SPI.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to production.
