Job Description
We have opening in VAVE and looking for candidate who is having below skillset Strong aptitude and experience in Automotive domain Passenger vehicles background is preferred. Strong aptitude in Mechanical Design, Engineering materials & Manufacturing processes. Hands on experience in design & development, 3D modelling (an y software). Strong Experience in areas of Vehicle Integration / Chassis / BIW for passenger vehicles. Hands on experience in VA VE projects, Cost down projects in automotive domain. Able to provide alternate solutions driving cost reduction, weight optimizat ion & overall value enhancements of the component / assembly. Able to provide Strong technical rationale for VAVE solutions . Able to assess the product development life cycle for validity of VAVE proposals. Should understand part cost & its break up in form of material & manufacturing processes. Motivate the team to meet commitments to the established timing. Build team through mentoring and coaching. Resolve conflicts between team members, departments and the customer. Use ability to ide ntify root cause of a problem, develop corrective action and lead team to resolution. Be Proactive in approach to meet the timelines. Effective communication with internal teams and Customer teams. Work closely with cross functional teams and customer teams .
