KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Job Experience:

1. Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM applications

2.

Oracle EBS R12 HCM and Oracle Cloud HCM experience including:

•


In-depth knowledge of data conversion and interoperability between Oracle EBS and Oracle HCM Cloud

•


Extensive experience with HCM Compensation Workbench

•


Expertise in BI Publisher / OTBI reporting

•


Experience with developing and managing Fast Formulas

•


Experience with customization based on Oracle Redwood framework

•


Oracle Fusion and Oracle OIC middleware

3.

3-5 years of PL/SQL development

4.

Oracle Taleo expertise including ability to write TCC scripts, integrate Taleo with other applications.

5.

Proficiency in Java, Python

6.

Experience with configuration of and support of Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Senice, Salary Management, Workforce Compensation and HR Data Security

7.

Extensive functional and technical experience in Oracle HR modules

8.

Experience in enforcing code quality and regression testing to ensure bug free implementation

9.

Experience in conducting Unit and integration testing

10.

Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle OIC.

11.

Prior experience with Gen-AI / Chatbot development is desirable.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

o

Experience in Oracle OBIEE, Bl Publisher, and Web ADI development

o

Experience with SQL, PL/SQL with a strong knowledge of HR and workflows

o

Experience in Forms / OA Framework personalization

o

Maintain interfaces across systems including external applications. Integration experience using Oracle FMW, Oracle OIC, EDI, and SOA web services

o

Knowledge of Workflow and AME approval process is desirable

o

Experience with Java and Python

o

Experience with PowerBI integration, data lake, and reporting tools

o

Experience in business process and system design

o

Ability to review and provide feedback regarding system design based on business requirements

o

Strong communication skills

o

Detail oriented; with strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills

o

Must be able to work with both business users and other technical individuals to identify and solve issues and create solutions in a fast paced and dynamic environment

o

Overall trouble shooting skills in a 24X7 production environment
