Job Description


:Tech BA Responsibilities: * Work with the project manager to develop project scope and timeline

  • Requirement Gathering and elicitation by working with end users and internal department
  • Technical Requirement documentation, Use case creation, Functional specifications of use cases
  • User story creation , estimation, Sprint activities (Sprint planning, sprint demos and scrum calls)
  • Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
  • Create documents for process flow, runbooks, BRDs, state models, sequence diagrams etc.
  • Participate in design and testing activities and monitor Implementation of services
  • Stakeholder management, Risk analysis and Change request management
  • Test case reviews, define acceptance criteria and Test case execution
  • Involve in governance activities, maintain security standards, comply with technology standards and monitor production launch
  • Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Technical analysis and mapping of various systems
Key skills: * Minimum 8 years experience as a Technical Business Analysis
  • Proven ability in agile methodologies, scrum activities and project management
  • Basic Insurance domain knowledge (P&C)
  • Strong technical understanding of business analysis frameworks and business processes
  • Well versed with basic tools like Spreadsheets, Presentations, Flow charts, word etc.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, cloud technologies, database management, testing tools and technological tools
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data security , data and information gathering
  • Excellent written and communication skills, Problem solving and decision making
