Videojet Technologies is seeking a Technical Lead to support Strategic Accounts function on all coding technologies - Laser, CIJ, TTO, LCM, LPA, TIJ \xe2\x80\x93a creative resource to provide out of the box and routine technical support via phone or email to our Service Engineers as well as customers. The position shall need to travel to address customer escalations in physical, if needed by customer.

Your challenge
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct technical and applications support to shortlisted key strategic accounts on Videojet\xe2\x80\x99s industrial coding products. Also would gain proficiency on using our cloud service solution Videojet Remote Service. This position has hybrid / work from home flexibility. Our ideal candidate is located in Mumbai HO based out of Bhandup.

As a Technical Support Specialist at Videojet, you will manage:
Physical and remote support to both Videojet Field Service Engineers and customers via phone, email and Videojet Remote Service (Cloud-based dashboards and remote printer access), once implemented and fully functional. Responsible for creation and maintenance of knowledge articles to be used internally and/or externally regarding training, standard methodologies, solutions or process as it relates to products, environments, and related technologies.

• After ramp-up period of product knowledge, provide onsite support for critical installations, projects and key customer raised technical issues
• Supporting the sales team in selecting the right product and configuration for specific customer applications
• Achieved targeted phone response rates and first call resolution.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
Associates degree in Electronics or Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree. Similar technical work experience acceptable

• Ability to independently resolve more complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge
• Ability to problem solve, work in a dynamic environment, and deal successfully with stressful customer equipment down situations
• Excellent customer service skills, including excellent verbal communication skills
• Good technical writing skills
