Frontend Developer Lead

What does a Frontend Developer Lead do?

A great Frontend Developer Lead is at foremost the lead developer of a team of development resources. Greatly responsible to the success of any web application project, inspires to the delivery to solve for the right things, the right way, and on time. Responsible for providing best practices, UI frameworks, communicating on the progress statuses, collaborate with other developers. Would actively work with Advisor, Manager, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and Client-Customers to accomplish business initiatives and achieve successful results.

• Development Experience

• Great Experience and knowledge of SDLC Lifecycle and all phases
• Great Experience and knowledge of Agile methodology and principals
• Good Experience in Web Security best practices
• Good Experience in Source Code Repository usage
• Experience in Cloud Engineering best practices
• Experience in resolving Conflict.
• Good Personal Integrity and Accountability
• Ability to put Cloud implementations together when required.
• Ability to perform code reviews.
• Ability to Research and perform Prototype/PoC when required.

What You Will Need to Have:

• Front-end developer with 5+ years of experience designing and building responsive web design.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
• Good Exposure in IAM
• Experience with AngularJS, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• A willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
• Specialization in building Single Page Applications (SPAs) with Angular/ReactJS coding
• should be familiar with

, JavaScript, and web development concepts, and they should also be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively. * Collaborate with the UX/UI design teams to develop the website.

• Develop Responsive Web Designs for better user experience.
• Good working experience in using REST API\'s which helps in updating and fetching data across User Interface
• Designing, coding, testing, and deploying the application.
• Debugging issues in the application code to ensure it is working correctly.
• Integrating third-party libraries with the codebase to extend its functionality.
• Communicating with other team members on any pending tasks or changes in the project.
• Ensuring that all code complies with best practices and standards
