We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to guide our team of engineers and developers in building advanced AI solutions using AWS.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, and hands-on experience in AI and cloud technologies.Candidate should be AI & Gen AI practitioner with experience building data pipelines based on model chaining, with solid platform and infrastructure foundations.Technical Skills (Need Specifics)Experience with Python, with a solid grasp of software development principlesProficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Py Torch, Scikit-Learn, etc.Extensive experience with AWS services, particularly those related to AI/ML.Strong understanding of designing scalable and reliable systems on cloud platforms.Experience with data processing and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).General SkillsStrong grasp of software development methodologies such as Agile and ScrumLead and Mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers.Oversee the technical design, architecture, and implementation of AI projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the team meets sprint goals and deadlines.Document technical processes and decisions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.Drive the team toward achieving project goals.ResponsibilitiesWork with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.Total IT experience of around 8 to 12 years with experience in relevant role of 2 years.Proven track record of successfully leading projects and mentoring other engineers.Passion for creative problem-solving and pushing the boundaries of AI.Advanced programming skills in Python, with expertise in AI-centric librariesFamiliarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for content generation.Strong data management knowledge, including data pre-processing and augmentation.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and distributed
