Role Overview:As a Tech Lead/Architect specializing in Wallet/Collections/COD, you will spearhead the development and implementation of robust backend solutions to support our business objectives. You will leverage your extensive experience in backend technologies, architectural design, and API management to architect scalable systems that drive operational efficiency and business growth.Location: Pune, India (Onsite)Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of backend solutions for wallet, collections, and cash-on-delivery processes.
• Utilize your strong architectural expertise to design both low and high-level system architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Take ownership of API management, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and adherence to established standards.
• Drive scalability initiatives to future-proof our systems and accommodate growing business demands, while maintaining optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and operations to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the adoption of best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the payments and collections API landscape, providing strategic insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
