Job Description
:Minimum 6 - 10 years Experience
- Roll out and support digital solutions by acquiring technical expertise of the KONE Digital Applications, and physical devices.
- Hands on technical troubleshooting, issue investigations and technology deployments in AWS cloud applications
- Identify Automation opportunities, build and maintain AWS infrastructure, incident management, monitoring to ensure Service stability.
- Work in dynamic Agile environment with DevOps way of working to support global and local business units in complex and cross-technology landscape.
- Collaborate with Technology leads, development teams, partners, Users and support teams for issue investigation and resolution.
- Contribute and manage E2E Incident lifecycle and ensure SLA and KPI adherence according to service management practices.
- AWS Cloud infrastructure and operations
- Cloud computing and IOT concepts
- Solid understanding of AWS services like compute, storage, monitoring
- Experience and knowledge on integration technologies
- CD/CD, DevOps tools, Scripting and querying languages
- DevOps and agile ways of working experience
- AWS Technical certifications - Preferably SysOps Admin
