• Lead the project team effectively from a technical perspective, providing clear direction, motivation, and

guide the technical direction and implementation by the whole team within defined architecture in all stages from conceptualization to trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of the right solution, with client success at the and lead the team\'s technical documentation and repository management practices, including creating branches, pull requests, merges, with product, design, and engineering teams to provide necessary oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy and to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes focusing on security, performance, and active leader in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilitiesTechnical Competencies

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience/expertise working as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in the specified technologies.
• A high level of English proficiency is required to interact with a globally-based development

working with Agile software development experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team. * Set the technical direction of the project, clearing the way of any programming issues that may arise.

• Lead the project team effectively from a technical perspective, providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
• Oversee software quality and system modifications
• Must have: React, .Net, AWS
• Nice to have : Python (Preference Experience Netsuite Integrations)
