Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including sprint planning, bug tracking, and impact analysis.
Ensure the smooth integration of payment gateways and APIs into our platform.
Champion a full-stack development culture, fostering collaboration between front-end and back-end engineers.
Implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
Design and manage scalable and fault-tolerant architectures, including load balancing solutions.
Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Identify and implement best practices for code quality, security, and documentation.
Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure technical alignment with business objectivesRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science/ IT
\xc2\xb7 10-12 years of relevant industry experience
\xc2\xb7 3-5 years of experience with mongodb, Reactjs, Nodejs
\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in web development & leading a team HTML/CSS,JavaScript,jQuery
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in AWS Setup is must as all projects are deployed in AWS Server
\xc2\xb7 Follow Agile process and create complete project scope and Sprint and distribute with the
