o 6-9 years' experience in enterprise business application design and development. o Interact with MetricStream's customers and product management regarding application features and functionality. o Provide work estimation and validation of technical feasibility as part of implementation delivery process o Configure applications for MetricStream's customers o Develop, Extend, Enhance and Customize client solutions using Java, J2EE, Ajax , PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, and IBM WebSphere. o Work on Change Requests, Issue fixes. o Author design documents for components. o Participate in code reviews and design reviews. o Work closely with QA, Product Management and support staff members as needed. o Strong written, oral communication and project management skills. o Hands-on approach essential. o Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills
