: Backend Tech Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, feature planning, API design, and database structure management. The Backend Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing junior developers, conducting peer reviews, and ensuring efficient workflow management using Jira and GitHub.

• Lead the backend development team in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and services.
• Plan and implement new features, APIs, and database structures.
• Oversee the workflow and task management of the backend team using Jira and GitHub.
• Mentor and manage junior developers, providing guidance and conducting peer reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Mandatory Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience specifically in backend development.
• At least 2 years of experience in planning features, APIs, and database structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing junior employees and handling peer reviews.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Jira and GitHub for managing workflow.

Optional Requirements (Plus Points):
• Experience in PHP.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in project or product management.
• Experience with the Laravel framework.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
