• Title / Designation: Technical lead/Technical Manager
• Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Mumbai
• Work mode: Hybrid (3/2 in office)

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java, React, and AWS.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, React, and AWS.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Strong expertise in Java and Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly React and related libraries (e.g., Redux).
• Solid understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
