• Design and deliver supply chain transformation: Design planning solutions, create operating models, and lead workshops and gap assessments
• Implement Blue Yonder software: Lead projects related to Blue Yonder software, including system implementation, testing, and configuration
• Work with clients: Work with clients and extended teams to deliver supply chain engagements

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to: * 4-5 years of experience in Retail Planning Domain.

• Preferred hands-on experience on BY Allocation Planning.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and its architecture
• Must have experience in implementing minimum 2-3 projects for BY Allocation solution.
• Good to have knowledge of understanding and developing Need Variables to suit the business needs.
• Hands on experience in PLSQL, UNIX scripting
• Experience in application configurations/enhancements/maintenance/implementation
• Should be able to understand the customer requirement, design and develop those with highest quality following all defined standards.
• Picks up new technologies and solutions with ease, solves complex technical problems and multitasks
